What data we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you have given consent, to send you marketing communications. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Third party data processors

We use the following third party tools which may process your personal data on our behalf:

Google Analytics: Used to analyse website traffic. Data is anonymised and aggregated. Google may transfer data to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.

HubSpot: Used to manage contact enquiries and marketing communications. Data may be transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Mailchimp (Intuit): Used to send marketing emails where you have opted in. Data may be transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.

International data transfers

Some of our third party tools are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

How long we keep your data

We retain contact enquiries for up to 12 months. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability.
